- GWLPOA – dates for 2026 Music on the Lake
- Citizens group regarding Whitewater Solar Project; limit 3 minutes; no Board discussion
- Johnson Sand & Gravel contract
- John’s Disposal contract for 2026
- Speed limit changes on McCabe and R&W Townline Roads.
- Lawn mower replacement
- Amend ordinance to reflect new route openings for ATV/UTV
- Motion to adjourn to closed session per WI state statute 19.85(1)(c) to consider employee performance review and compensation
- Return to regular meeting
- Motion to accept the decisions agreed to in closed session
- Adjourn
*No formal Board action will be taken at this meeting, although issues raised may be included at a future meeting. Participants are allotted a three-minute speaking period. Specific items listed on the agenda may not be discussed at this time. However, at the board’s discretion, attendees may ask questions or express an opinion about agenda items when that item is being discussed. The Board Chair or officers of the Board may interrupt, warn or terminate speaker’s statements if the comments become derogatory or disrespectful at any time during the meeting. Comments made will be directed to the Board and not to other attendees.
