TRUCK SEASONAL WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON ALL TOWN ROADS!

Effective immediately, all Whitewater Township roads have seasonal weight restrictions. Until frost is gone, truck weight is restricted to 8 tons/16,000 pounds. If weight limit is exceeded and a citation written, the fine is based on actual per pound weight over the posted limit.

FYI – On Tuesday, January 13, State Park Road from the State Park launch heading south to Kettle Moraine Dr will be closed to traffic while we remove hazardous trees/branches. Due to the extent of the damage to trees/branches, this could be an all-day closure. Weather permitting!
