Budget Workshop

Lowell called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM

In attendance: Lowell, Bob, Jon, Jorja

Bob made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Jon and the motion carried

 

Due to rounding errors, the original tax levy limit resolution was rejected by the Department of Revenue. The new resolution has the appropriate corrections and requires a motion to accept. Jon made a motion to approve Resolution 11-01-2013, seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

 

There are many notices that require posting in three (3) public places within the Township. A resolution is needed to make three (3) locations official for posting.

Jon made a motion to accept Resolution 11-01-2023 A, which designates the bulletin board outside the town hall, the Flowing Well and the boat launch at Cruise Lane, the motion was seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

 

Jon made a motion to adjourn, Bob seconded the motion and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 3:15 PM
