Public Hearing

 

Lowell called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM

In attendance: Lowell, Bob, Jon, Carl, Jorja

Lowell explained the Board Resolution # 10-09-2024 LL which is asking for an increase in the 2024 tax levy (payable in 205.

A summary budget for 2025 was presented.

1. George Wood asked what budget items for 2024 were adjusted for levy limit error from 2024 tax bills. The adjustment was made to road repairs and the result was that there was no paving completed in 2024, however there was extensive crack filling on various roads along with chip sealing.
2. Cheryl Rezabek inquired about new home values and how that changes the levy limit annually.

 

With no further questions or discussions, Jon made a motion to adjourn the public hearing, seconded by Bob and the motion carried. The Public Hearing adjourned at 6:15 PM
