This Public Hearing is for Town of Whitewater electors to discuss the Tax Levy Limit for 2024, payable in 2025.

3. Presentation Resolution # 10-09-2024 LL which will increase the tax levy limit
4. Presentation of the proposed 2025 budget which includes the levy limit increase
5. Elector questions/discussion regarding both the increase and the proposed budget. (Please state your name and address)
6. Adjournment

Meeting notice for the Public Hearing is posted in three public places: Flowing Well, Cruse Lane launch and message board outside the Town Hall, plus on the Town website. Additionally, this notice is published in the Whitewater Register in the October 24, 2024 edition.

 

Both the Board’s resolution to increase the Levy Limit and the 2025 summary budget are included with this Public Hearing notice. The full budget detail is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s office between 8:30 AM and 1:30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
