Town of Whitewater

Walworth County
State of Wisconsin

The Town Board of the Town of Whitewater, Walworth County, Wisconsin, by this resolution, adopted by a majority of the town board on a roll call vote with a quorum present and voting and proper notice having been given, provides that:

1. Removal of Lowell C Hagen as an authorized signer.
2. Jon Tanis, Robert Strand, Jake Hintz as the Town Board and Jorja Boiley Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to sign drafts or order checks for the purpose of disbursing funds from demand deposits. Each check draft will be signed by two of the authorized signers.

This resolution is effective on publication or posting.

The town clerk shall properly post or publish this resolution as required under s.60.8O, WIS. Stats.
