Lowell called the meeting to order at 8:30

In attendance: Lowell, Jon and Jorja

 

Jon made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Lowell and the motion carried.

Bids were received for the chip and seal projects for Summer 2024.  Scott Construction and Fahrner Asphalt Services provided proposals.

After a discussion about and a comparison of the two bids, Jon made a motion to accept the bid from Scott Construction for specific roads as outlined below; Lowell seconded the motion and the motion carried.

Jon made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Lowell and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:50 AM.
