May 14, 2025
Jon called the meeting to order at 6PM
Roll Call in attendance: Jon Tanis, Bob Stand, Jake Hintz and Donna Sherman
Bob made a motion to approve the agenda as written seconded by Jake Hintz all in favor of the motion carried
Bob made a motion to amend the approval of the April 16, 2025, Board Meeting minutes to reflect the motion to adjourn was made by Bob but seconded by Jake Hintz, this amendment was seconded by Jon, all in favor motion carried.
Bob made a motion to approve Minutes from the April 29, 2025, Special Board Meeting, seconded by Jon all in favor motion carried.
Treasurer report: account balances were read. Bob made a motion to accept the treasurers report as read seconded by Jake Hintz all in favor motion carried.
Clerk Report: Jorja is doing well.
Supervisor report – Jake no report
Jon reported that the ATV survey is out- the speed sign and has been ordered and will be mounted on a trailer for ease of placement.
This Saturday Carl and Jake will be installing buoys on the lake. He also mentioned next Thursday May 22, 2025, will be the hearing and encouraged residents to come and speak. This will be fact finding meeting. Jon said he has contacted the DNR as well as the town lawyer to get additional information.
Nancy Lindenmuth mentioned the GWLPOA will be donating for the signage and to let her know once the bill is received.
Public Works report- Carl said the sheriff’s boat has been serviced and will be put out along with buoys – Carl mentioned next week upcoming culvert work and there will be temporary road closure on Bayview Dr, Pine Knolls Dr, and Woodward Rd on Tuesday May 20th and then on May 21st Krahn Dr. and R&W Townline Rd.
Carl mentioned funds from the equipment account will need to be moved once the bill is received for the mower
Then he will be making his rounds with the ditch mowing – Bob asked if the culverts will be filled right away for now just gravel.
Sheriff Department liaison report- Nick Yohanek- 194 calls in April for Service same as March – 2 crashes on Hwy P – speed trailer was still intact, once cleared he will be able to report on speeds and traffic volume.
Jon asked if there would be an issue with the county – to close off Hi-Lo Road if needed due to the recent accident Jon is aware of it also needing state approval. Jon wanted to make sure it was not used as an access road for the Sheriff
Change in signature status at the Bank- Jon read the resolution as provided- It was motioned by Jon seconded by Bob – Roll call provided

Adjournment – Jon made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bob the motion carried, and meeting adjourned at 6:17PM
