Roll Call Jon Tanis, Bob Stand and Carl Ahrens present

Bob made a motion to approve the agenda seconded by Jon all in favor motion carried

Jon made a motion to postpone the bids for 2025 for Krahn Drive to be opened along with the other bids at the Special Board Meeting Scheduled for Thursday May 15, 2025 @ 5PM – Seconded by Bob all in favor motion Carried.

Jon made a motion to adjourn at 5:02 PM seconded by Bob all in favor motion carried.
