Bob made a motion to approve the agenda seconded by Jon all in favor motion carried.

Bob made a motion to accept Payne & Dolan bids as follows

for Krahn Drive $38,785 Clover Valley from Anderson to Millis $139,600.00 and Woodward $75,480.00

for a total of $253,865.00.  Any funds left in the Road budget will be rolled over to next year. Jon seconded all in favor motion carried.
