Town of Whitewater Special Meeting Minutes

August 17, 2021

The Special Town Board meeting was called to order at 1:00 PM by Lowell Hagen

In attendance: Lowell Hagen, Bob Strand, Jorja Boiley and Pat Romenesko. Norm Prusener arrived at 1:30 PM

Bob Strand made a motion to approve the agenda as written, Lowell Hagen seconded the motion, the motion passed unanimously

Bob Strand made a motion to approve the August 11, 2021 Board Meeting minutes, seconded by Lowell Hagen, the motion passed unanimously.

 

The issue of a tree removal at N7351Chapel Drive was discussed. Bob Strand secured a proposal for Wills Top Notch Tree Service in the amount of $6900.00. Issue: set back from center of line is 25 feet. Storm up rooted transformer, elm trees over tennis ct which smashed screening. Cottonwood fell on his yard from end of boat landing. Bob made a motion that Wills should perform the service for 6900.00 seconded by Lowell, the motion carried.

 

Discussion with Mr. Patrick Romenesko regarding taxes for the year 2021 that are due 2022 and additional budget considerations. No decisions were made at this time.

 

Norm Prusener made a motion to adjourn at 1:45 PM, Bob Strand seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously.
