Summary Special Town Board Special Meeting

Per information received from Board members:

 

Lowell Hagen called to order the Special Board Meeting at 4:30 PM.

In attendance were Lowell Hagen, Norm Prusener and Bob Strand

Norm Prusener made a motion to approve the agenda as written; seconded by Bob Strand; the motion carried.

 

A prospective employment interview for Town Roadman was conducted. There was no formal decision made.

 

The bids for the 2021 Town Road Projects were discussed. Lowell Hagen made a motion for the following road projects and designated contractors:

Ridge Road overlay to begin after Labor Day awarded to Payne & Dolan, Kenosha, WI

Converse Road wedge and overlay awarded to Payne & Dolan, Kenosha, WI

Stader Road Mill and Replace awarded to Asphalt Contractors, Union Grove, WI

Grand View Grade and Pave awarded to Rock Road Companies, Janesville, WI

 

Norm Prusener seconded the motion and the motion carried.

 

Norm Prusener made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Bob Strand; the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:45 PM
