Minutes Special Meeting

Norm Prusener called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM.

In attendance were Norm Prusener, Bob Strand and Jorja Boiley. Lowell Hagen was absent.

Bob made a motion to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Norm and the motion carried

 

After a review of Minutes of the December 8, 2021 Monthly board meeting, Bob made a motion to approve the minutes as presented, the motion was seconded by Norm, and the motion carried.

 

Randy Pollard requested that the board re-visit his application for a variance for his shed size, placement on his property and for a retaining wall. Bob made a motion to accept the variance. Norm asked for a second three times with no result. Request denied.

 

Lillian Roy was asking for approval for the GWPOLA summer  music on the lake events. Bob made a motion to bless the events as they are scheduled approval Norn seconded the motion to bless the events as scheduled for the Summer 2022 on Whitewater Lake. The motion carried.

 

2022 Fire/Ambulance contract. Bob made a motion to accept the fire and ambulance service contract, Norm seconded, motion carried.

 

WE Energies is seeking a written procedure regarding any permit fees that may be required for future projects. The previous denied project was approved since a $1000.00 check was received.

 

The list of election judges sent by the Democrat and Republican Walworth County and the list of former election judges was presented. Norm made a motion to accept the list, the motion was seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

 

Public comments…Lillian Roy is suggesting that a formal procedure be written regarding the process for applying for permits. Jorja indicates that the procedure may already exist and will report back to verify.

 

Bob made a motion to adjourn, Norm seconded the motion and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:10 AM.Final adjournment….Bob made a motion to adjourn seconded by Norm, motion carried meeting adjourned at 9:10 AM
