Minutes 5-24-2022

 Special Board Meeting

 

Lowell Hagen called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM

In attendance: Lowell Hagen, Bob Strand, Norm Prusener, Jorja Boiley, Carl Ahrens

Norm made a motion to accept the agenda as written, seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

Norm made a motion to approve the minutes from the 5-11-2022 meeting, seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

 

Carl presented three options for road projects for summer 2022. Norm made a motion to select Option 1, Bob seconded the motion and the motion carried. Payne and Dolan will be doing paving on Engel Road; Scott Construction will be handling chip/sealing and hot patching in the Scattered Oaks Subdivision and Stader Road. Dates and timing are TBD.

 

Lowell made a motion to purchase new tires for the red plow in the amount of $1888.00, Bob seconded the motion and the motion carried.

 

Norm made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Bob seconded, the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 12:50 PM.
