Minutes Special Board Meeting

Lowell called the meeting to order at 8:40 AM

In attendance: Lowell, Bob and Jorja

Bob made a motion to approve the minutes from the April 5, 2023 Special Board meeting, seconded by Lowell and the motion carried.

Only one bid was received for the Reliance Road repair project. Payne and Dolan provided a bid in the amount of $124,340.00. Bob made a motion to accept the bid as presented from Payne and Dolan, seconded by Lowell and the motion carried. This project could begin early the week of 4/16/2023.

There will be a construction project on Highway 89 from Willis Ray Road south to County Rd A. Project scheduled to begin May 1. There will be an informational meeting on April 24 5-6 PM at the Richmond Town Hall.

Bob made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Lowell and the meeting adjourned at 8:55 AM.
