SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 30, 2024

Lowell called the meeting to order at 8:01 AM

In attendance:  Lowell, Bob, Jon,  Jorja

Bob made a motion to approve the agenda as written, seconded by Jon and the motion carried.

The topic for discussion/decision involves the current fee schedule allows for charging the following:

Variance applications: $200.00
Encroachment: $250.00
Driveway permit: $150.00
Fire number: $75.00
Conditional use: none

After discussing various options for any changes, Jon made a motion for up-dating the following changes:
Variance: $200.00 (no change).
Encroachment $250.00. (no change)
Driveway: (new construction) $250.00, agricultural access: $150.00, commercial: $500.00
Fire number: $125.00
Conditional use: $250.00

Bob seconded the motion and the motion carried.

Jon made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bob and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:20 AM.
