  11. Discuss/decide hours for wake regulation
  12. Discuss/decide education format for boater awareness
  13. Safety patrol
  14. Results of ATV/UTV survey
  15. McCabe Road speed limit
  16. Discuss audit options due to retirement of current auditor
  17. Old business:
  • Remove speed limit designation for specific roads in CODE and develop same using an appendix to the CODE. (December 2023 and January 2024)
  • Begin discussion on amending Road related ordinances
  • Re-visit the motion passed (December 2024) to raise snowplow CDL drivers and summertime help from $25.00 – $30.00 per hour.
  • Signature changes for First Citizens State Bank
  • Amend ordinance to reflect meeting start time.
  1. Discuss/decide a joint meeting with Town of Richmond to update any CODE relating to Whitewater Lake.
  2. Johnson Sand & Gravel contract
  3. Review bills and sign checks
  4. Adjourn`
