From the County Public Works:

Work will begin on Monday, June 2, with the contractor placing pipe at some locations. Actual work will begin on Tuesday WEST of STH-89. A culvert that crosses the entire road is being replaced approximately 1/3 mile West of Delaney Rd. During the culvert work, only emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass through. The road will be restored at the end of the day for emergency and local traffic only.

The entire construction zone is only open to local traffic.
