Information from John’s Disposal regarding bulk pick-ups:

• Bulk pickup does include tires– two tires equal one special pickup and residents can have up to 8 tires collected per year.
• Residents do not need to be home during collection. John’s always asks residents to put their bulk out the night before collection so the items are for sure out and ready for us to collect them.
• Residents in the Town get one free special pickup per month.
• The cost for additional special pickups is $95 per 5 minutes of loading time.
• The pickup day for bulk pickups is scheduled via phone or email based on availability. John’s sends a rear load style truck where drivers manually load the items into their truck; therefore collection often takes place on a different day from regular collection day.
