NOTICE OF MEETING OF TOWN OF WHITEWATER TOWN BOARD

REGARDING VACATION OF PORTION OF NORTH COURT DRIVE

 

The Town of Whitewater Town Board having introduced a resolution to discontinue an easterly portion of North Court Drive, described as follows:

1383.25 SQUARE FEET +/- at its terminus abutting and adjoining Lot 25 of Block 1 of Moraine Park Subdivision, located in the Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 34, the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 34, the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 35 and the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ Section 35, Township 4 North, Range 15 East, in Walworth County, Wisconsin.

And described as follows, commencing at a point where the existing right of way of said North Court meets the Northerly most point of Lot 25 as aforesaid, thence Southeasterly a distance of 55.33 feet to a found P.K. Nail, thence Westerly a distance of 50.00 feet, to a point where the said North Court meets the Westerly most point of the said lot 25, thence northerly a distance of 74.57 feet to the point of beginning, all in the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 35, T4N, R15E, Walworth County, Wisconsin.

Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Whitewater will meet on the 11th day of January, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, W8590 Willis Ray Road in the Town of Whitewater, and together decide upon the resolution.
