_{Minutes Special Town Board Meeting}

The Special Town Board Meeting was called to order at 8:00 AM by Chairman Lowell Hagen.

In attendance: Lowell Hagen, Norm Prusener, Bob Strand and Jorja Boiley

 

Norm Prusener made a motion to accept the agenda as presented, seconded by Bob Strand; the motion carried.

After a review of the minutes from the November 11,2020 town board meetings, Norm Prusener made a motion to accept the minutes as written, seconded by Bob Strand; the motion carried

 

Bob Strand made a motion to accept Option #2 in the amount of $9,111.00 from Rural Insurance, with some changes to the vehicle vaulations; the motion was seconded by Norm Prusener; the motion carried.

Notification will be made to both bidding companies.

 

Norm Prusener made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bob Strand; motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 8:35 AM.
