3-18-2022 Special Town Board Meeting

 

Lowell Hagen called the Special Meeting of the Town Board to order at 8:00 AM.

In attendance: Lowell Hagen, Norm Prusener, Bob Strand, Jorja Boiley and Carl Ahrens.

Bob made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Lowell and the motion carried.

 

Norm made a motion to approve the minutes from the monthly board meeting 3-9-2022, the motion was seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

 

The purpose for the special meeting was to evaluate all 53 miles of the Township roads with the intention of determining which roads require repair and what type of repair whether crack fill, chip and seal, overlay paving, etc. The information collected will be discussed at a later meeting and then bid packages will be available for contractors to present. No specific decisions were made during the road tour.

 

Norm made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Bob seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 11:50 AM
