ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

Lowell called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM

In attendance: Hagen, Strand, Boiley

Bob made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Lowell and the motion carried.

Bob made a motion to approve the minutes from April 19, 2023 Annual Meeting, Lowell seconded the motion and the motion carried.

Bob made a motion to select Lowell as chairperson, seconded by Lowell and the motion carried.

Review Annual Report prepared by Patrick Romenesko, Town Accountant. There were no questions.

Homeowner’s Public input

• Bult – wants to figure out a way to restrict cars speeding and crowding the side of the road and making noise. He complimented Carl on the maintenance of the Township.
• Question – Russ Kilpin – 262-473-9645 commented that culverts are overflowing on Willis Ray Road.

The 2025 Annual meeting will be held on April 16, 2025 at 6:00 PM

Bob made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Lowell and the motion carried. The meeting    adjourned at 6:50 PM
