Minutes Special Meeting Town Board

April 2, 2021

Lowell Hagen called the Special Meeting of the Town Board to order at 3:00 PM.

Lowell Hagen, Norm Prusener and Bob Strand were in attendance.

Bob Strand made a motion to accept the agenda as written, seconded by Norm Prusener, the motion carried unanimously.

Mr. William Wolski is requesting a variance for building an addition to his existing garage or building an additional stand alone garage. The variance request involves the property located at N7612 State Park Road. The ensuing discussion centered on the fact that the State owns the road in question and the Town cannot approve any type of variance for the requested construction. A suggestion was made by Bob Strand that there appears to be enough space for a second garage to be built closer to the existing garage and would not require additional land.

Norm Prusener made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bob Strand, the motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 4:00 PM.
