Budget workshop 10-29-2022

 

Norm called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM

In attendance was Bob, Norm, Carl and Jorja. Lowell arrived at 8:40

The discussion addressed line items that were not included in the initial budget proposal during the 10-24-2022 Budget Workshop.

Specific motions:

Bob made a motion to increase clerk/treasurer compensation from 28,840.00 to 31,060.00 the motion was seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

Norm made a motion to allocate $25,000.00 for the Safety Patrol wage budget and the Safety Patrol supplies to $7,500.00, seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

Bob made a motion to approve a new general ledger account for gravel and cold patch purchases and remove those expenses from the Road repair category, seconded by Norm and the motion carried.

Norm made a motion to place the proposed budget on the November Board meeting for final approval, the motion was seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

 

Norm made a motion to adjourn, the motion was seconded by Bob and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:20 AM
