Lowell Hagen called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM

In attendance: Lowell, Bob, Norm, Jorja, Carl

Norm made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Bob and the motion carried.

Norm made a motion to accept the minutes for the November 17, 2022 board meeting as presented, Lowell seconded the motion and the motion carried.

Representatives from WE Energies provided a proof of the letter that they will issue regarding the project on Reliance Road. The key agreement is that WE Energies will agree to payment in the amount of $57,050.00. They will send the official letter and a check for that amount in one week. Lowell made a motion to accept that dollar amount, WE Energies will make repairs as needed, the motion was second by Norm and the motion carried. The projected timeline is mid-December 2022 through mid-April 2023

The renewal contract for Rural Insurance has been received. There are some changes that need to be made regarding listing of values for some new equipment and changing other older values. Norm made a motion to cover miscellaneous tools at a cost of $10K, seconded by Lowell, the motion did not pass. More information is needed from Rural Insurance:

• What does the $20K in “personal property” cover: tools and office furniture? Or just office?
• List the new bucket, (2500) grapple, (4300) fork (700) and broom (4000) as separate coverages
• Remove the Mercury boat motor and the 2003 plow truck
• List a blanket coverage of $20K for other miscellaneous hand tools and supplies in the garage.

Jorja will notify Rural Insurance, ask for a new proposal and then contract can be finalized

Lowell made a motion to adjourn to closed session per WI 19.85(1)(c) to consider employee performance review and compensation, Norm seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 9:10.

Meeting returned to regular session and Norm made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bob and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:35 AM
