The Town of Whitewater contracts Town Assessment duties to Municipal Group, LLC. Municipal Group, LLC and its associates have permission to perform statutory assessment duties as described in the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual (WPAM), WI State Stats. Ch. 70.

On Friday, December 1, 2023, Ryan Kernosky from Municipal Groups will be working in the Woodchuck Alley and Ridge Road vicinity taking pictures from the street side and verifying exterior structures. He will also be verifying percent completion of new constructions of homes and accessory structures thought the Township.
