ORDINANCE NO. 2025-10-15

 

AN AMENDMENTTO PARAGRAPH 46-194 ROUTES OFTHE MUNICIPAL CODE FOR THE TOWN OF WHITEWATER RELATING TO ROUTES OPEN

FOR ATV/UTV ACCESS

 

The Town Board of the Town of Whitewater, Walworth County, Wisconsin, does hereby amend Ordinance #2025-910 and ordains as follows:

 

SECTION 1. Purpose: The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Section 46-194 ROUTES of the Municipal Code of the Town of Whitewater relating to a change in routes open for ATV/UTV vehicles. This change corresponds to an ordinance change passed by the Town of Richmond, Walworth County, Wisconsin for specific roads which are shared property to both Town of Whitewater and Town of Richmond.

 

SECTION 2. Section 46-194 amended. The section 46-194 ROUTES is hereby amended to provide as follows:

Remove the restriction for ATV/UTV vehicles on R&W Townline Road and those roads that extend south of R&W Townline Road: Krahn Road, Chapel, Drive, Lorwood Drive andWoodfield Lane.

Section 3. Severability. Each section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase and provision of the foregoing Ordinance is and the same is hereby declared to be severable and if any portion or provision thereof is duly determined to be invalid for any reason, such determination shall not invalidate any other portion or provision thereof.

 

SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from and after its passage and posting as required by law.
