Immediately following the Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that on the third Thursday in November, 11/16/2023, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2024 budget and Resolution #11-01-2023 which supports the Board’s decision to increase the Levy Limit, a Special Town Meeting of the Electors is called. This meeting is called pursuant to Section 60.12(1) (c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board, for the following purpose:

  • To adopt the 2023 Town Tax Levy to be collected in 2024 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.

 

  1. Call to order
  2. Roll call
  3. Decision for voting method: show of hands, voice or paper ballot
  4. Vote for adoption of tax levy limit
  5. Adjournment

Meeting notice for the Electors’ Special Meeting is posted in three public places: Flowing Well, Cruise Lane launch and message board outside the Town Hall.
