Tanis called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM

In attendance: Tanis, Strand, Boiley

Strand made a motion to approve agenda as presented; seconded by Tanis, motion carried

 

Tanis made a motion to approve Resolution #3172025 which amends the 2024 budget; Strand seconded the motion and the motion carried.

 

Tanis made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Strand and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:37 AM
