Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book

 

 STATE OF WISCONSIN

Town of Whitewater, Walworth County

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2022 will be open for examination on the 6th day of June 2022 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

At the same date and time, the assessor shall be available via telephone to answer any questions you may have. You may contact Bruce Gardiner at 608-778-2566 during that two-hour timeframe. You are also encouraged to view the assessment roll in person and then call Mr. Gardiner with any questions.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
