RESOLUTION NO. 7-26-2023 B

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by at least two-thirds majority vote of the entire membership Of the Town Board Of the Town of Whitewater that: the sum Of $156,000.00 is hereby approved to be transferred from the ARPA Money Market fund account to the First Citizens General Checking account for partial payment on 2024 International truck.

BE IT ALSO HEREBY RESOLVED, by at least two-thirds majority vote of the entire membership of the Town Board of the Town of Whitewater that the sum of $64, 112.00 is hereby transferred from the Truck & Equipment Money Market account to the First Citizens General Checking account to pay for the balance on 2024 International truck,

BE IT ALSO HEREBY RESOLVED, by at least two-thirds majority vote of the entire membership of the Town Board of the Town of Whitewater that the balance of the ARPA Money Market fund account ($1 , 144.35) is hereby transferred to the Truck & Equipment Money Market account.
