This Public Meeting is for Town of Whitewater electors to discuss the Tax Levy Limit for 2023, payable in 2024.

3. Presentation Resolution # 11-01-2023 which will increase the tax levy limit and the proposed 2024 budget that will include the increased levy
4. Elector questions/discussion regarding both the increase and the proposed budget. (Please state your name and address)
5. Adjournment

Meeting notice for the Public Hearing is posted in three public places: Flowing Well, Cruise Lane launch and message board outside the Town Hall.

Both the Board’s resolution to increase the Levy Limit and the 2024 summary budget are included with this Public Hearing notice. The full budget detail is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s office between 8:30 AM and 1:30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
