Overview
The WIS 59/89 project will improve approximately
2.6 miles of roadway. Improvements include:
- Resurface WIS 59 within project limits, and a portion of WIS 89
- Updated traffic signals, curb ramps, guardrail, pavement markings, and signing.
Traffic Impacts and Detours
- WIS 59 will be closed to through traffic, from US 12 to the Rock County Line, during construction beginning April Ito the end of May.
- A detour will be posted utilizing US 12, CT H N and WIS 26.
- Local traffic will be maintained for businesses and other destinations within the work zone.
