Minutes Budget Hearing and Special Elector Meeting

The Budget Hearing was called to order at 6:30 PM by Lowell Hagen.

Present: Lowell Hagen, Norm Prusener, Bob Strand, Jorja Boiley (not qualified elector), Cheryl Rezabek, Cathy Braun, Caroline Pate-Hefty.

The Clerk provided the 2021 budget summary which includes the tax levy for 2020 to be paid in 2021. The current tax levy is $324,941.00 which is slightly higher than last year’s levy in the amount of $323,852.00.

Questions were asked by electors in attendance.

Norm Prusener made a motion to adjourn the Budget Hearing at 6:48 PM, seconded by Bob Strand. The motion passed unanimously.

 

 

 

The Special Elector Meeting was called to order at 6:50 PM by Lowell Hagen.

 

Present: Lowell Hagen, Norm Prusener, Bob Strand, Jorja Boiley (not an elector), Cheryl Rezabek, Cathy Braun and Caroline Pate-Hefty.

Norm Prusener made a motion for verbal voting, seconded by Bob Strand. The motion carried.

Norm Prusener made a motion to adopt the 2020 tax levy to be paid in 2021, seconded by Bob Strand. The motion passed with all 6 electors voting in favor.

Norn Prusener made a motion to adjourn the Special Elector Meeting, seconded by Bob Strand and the motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:55 PM.
