** Participants are allotted a three-minute speaking period. Specific items listed on the agenda may not be discussed at this time. However, at the board’s discretion, attendees may ask questions or express an opinion about agenda items when that item is being discussed. The Board Chair or officers of the Board may interrupt, warn or terminate speaker’s statements if the comments become derogatory or disrespectful at any time during the meeting. Comments made will be directed to the Board and not to other attendees. If any attendee does not conduct themself in an orderly and respectful manner, the board will ask the person or persons causing a disturbance to leave.
